A Movement Fueled By Culture

Jerome Bettis

Legendary running back Jerome Bettis was so strong that he’s often called “The Bus”, since he could carry multiple defenders on his back while running. And during his thirteen-year career, Bettis would use this strength to win Super Bowl XL and get nominated for six Pro Bowls. He is a part of the Pittsburgh Steelers All-Time Team and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. After retiring in 2005, Bettis moved into broadcasting, working as a commentator for NFL Network, studio analyst forFootball Night in America, and NFL analyst for ESPN. He is currently the host of The Jerome Bettis Show and creator of the Jerome Bettis The Bus Stops Here Foundation, which works to improve the overall quality of life for troubled and underprivileged inner-city youth.
